Brandon Richards is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur. Owner of The OPF Group (investment firm), OPF Realty (brokerage), Operation Freedom (501(c)(3) non-profit), Deal Manager Pro (real estate CRM software), and The Fearless Pursuit of Freedom podcast.

Over the past decade, Brandon has acquired, renovated, and built numerous residential properties. Since early 2024, his focus has shifted heavily toward land acquisitions across Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Alaska, with a primary goal of creating a large land note portfolio.

His portfolio also includes extensive experience in wholesaling, with hundreds of transactions completed, as well as ownership and management of multifamily assets and storage facilities. Through strategic planning and investor relations, he's raised over $15 million in private capital to fund their projects.

His investing model incorporates innovative approaches such as owner finance wraps and advanced deal structuring, executed across diverse markets including Texas, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Alaska.

In 2023, Brandon acquired Deal Manager Pro—a custom-built CRM platform created specifically for real estate investors. Deal Manager Pro offers nationwide comps, Follow-Up Automations, eSign, skip tracing, customizable investor websites, a rehab calculator, an integrated bird dog app, SMS/RVM tools, direct mail ordering, and more—delivering a robust, all-in-one system for modern investors.

Outside of business, he runs Operation Freedom, a nonprofit organization with boots on the ground in Nigeria. Through this work, they fund and oversee projects such as digging wells, distributing food, and providing medical aid to underserved communities.
